Check out my interview with MTSU Sidelines Features Editor, Jay Powell.
Bonnaroo was a blast this year as I was mixing and scratching in the StubHub Digital Music Lounge.
During the weekend I spent 4 days teaching the DJ Scratch Academy for anyone who was interested in learning how to work the turntables and scratch on a record.
At the end of the Scratch and Burn class, I made a recording of their work and saved it to a free StubHub flash drive for them to take home and show their friends!
Support me this Friday, April 13 as I DJ for Boropalooza, a yearly benefit concert for a local high school music program. Hosted by Phi Mu Alpha Fraternity and Alpha Chi Omega Sorority of MTSU at Lanes, Trains and Automobiles 450 Butler Drive Murfreesboro, TN.
For the past two years, Boropalooza has raised over $3,000 for local high school music programs, this years proceeds will go to the Coffee Country Central High School Band.

I was recently sponsored by Cell Tek to help promote the Pepsi Refresh Project, they’re in the running to win $50,000 to help properly recycle used cell phones.
Cell Tek has been in business for five years and is seeking a grant to expand its cell phone refurbishing facility. Last year alone, they refurbished over 25,000 cell phones with no outside funding.
You can help promote their idea by voting, and you can vote two ways every day, online and with a text message:
